The Food Product Development Centre is dedicated to developing innovative food concepts through investigating value-added opportunities in Irish and European markets. The Centre provides a confidential service to clients, utilising highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams from the DIT. These teams of food technologists, professional chefs, marketing and management personnel provide innovation and technical support to the food industry. The Centre also provides a sensory analysis and training service to the food industry.
