The Halo Business Angel Partnership is a joint initiative between InterTradeIreland, Enterprise Ireland and the Irish Business and Innovation Centres. The Halo Business Angel Partnership matches private investors with pre-screened investment opportunities in start-up, early stage and developing businesses. It is managed by Dublin Business Innovation Centre (www.dbic.ie) as part of its ongoing support for start-up and developing enterprises. At the end of June '09 the network had helped companies raise €12.8M comprising €5.4M directly by Business Angels and an additional €7.4M leveraged in these seed and early stage investments.
